2. Services

We specialize in the design, supply, and installation of sustainable irrigation systems for residential, commercial, and agricultural landscapes. Project timelines, pricing, and specifications will be outlined in individual contracts.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are based on project requirements and subject to change based on material costs and labor.
• A deposit may be required before initiating the design or installation process.
• Full payment must be made according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Service cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order confirmation.
• Custom-designed irrigation systems and installed products are non-refundable.
• Returns for irrigation products are allowed only if they are unused, in original packaging, and within 7 days of purchase.

5. Warranty & Liability

• We provide a limited warranty on selected irrigation systems and components, as specified in the contract.
• We are not responsible for damages caused by improper maintenance, third-party interference, or natural disasters.
• The client is responsible for regular system maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of india. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of local courts.
